Fully renovated and updated room, all in all had such great stay.
I had reasonably priced room with a bathtub. It was very handy to have a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher.

Loved the place, had a great stay for a family vacation. The staff were super-friendly and amiable all the time. We had the premium plus apartment which was fully renovated and modern with fantastic views. The bus stop was 200 metres away.

The premium apartment I was given was complete with fans and WiFi and great views. The staff members were all excellent and amiable. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, very close to great eating spots as well as shops, restaurant, marina and city.
The area was disappointing.

This was a comfortable stay on vacation. I had the premium apartment which was reasonably large with great view of esplanade. Loved having the balcony to enjoy ocean view. The location to a war memorial and a gallery set next to the hotel was marvellous and incredible. There were casinos and eateries next to the place.

the hotel was wonderful, nevertheless i stayed for 4 nights only. booked standard apartment with a kitchenette area and climate control. the location of the venue was marvellous, on the promenade.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we could use a laundry room and ironing free of charge. Units with great views. A shower, a dryer and bath sheets was a plus.

The hotel had a very central position close enough to the Cairns esplanade, across the road from the boardwalk and the centre of the restaurants and the water. The staff were all incredibly nice, and the room was spotless with amazing view. We appreciated being there and will come back.
